while using many similar training tools of CrossFit (barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, rowing machines) the tribestrength founders consciously decided to distinguish our program by teaching in an individualized and small group format; placing an emphasis on proper alignment, good body mechanics, and excellent technique for the best results while minimizing injury-risk. we train each client from their own individual starting place to reach their goals.
