Individual customized training for those who are either new, have specific fitness objectives, or just prefer a private setting.
Small Group Training
For small group training sessions, first schedule an appointment to address your specific objectives and needs.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:00am – 7:30am
Saturday: 6:45am – 8:00am
Intro Program
Before training in one of our group classes, new members are instructed in a set of concentrated one-on-one training sessions to ensure that you are fully-knowledgeable in how to do what we do with terrific form. Generally, depending on your level of knowledge and current fitness level, we recommend 9 sessions of hands-on learning as adequate for you to then take advantage of all the training programs we offer.
